Host Access Products
Emulation products from NLynx provide powerful and flexible 5250
terminal and printer emulation for any 32 or 64bit Windows
environment. You can communicate with your IBM Midrange Host
over TCP/IP using a software only package, or directly over Twinax
with a software/hardware combination. Moving to Vista? We're
ready when you are: with the NLynx Vista ready solutions.
OmniTerm/ES is designed for communication with IBM mainframe, System i (AS/400 & iSeries) and Unix hosts. NLynx specialise in advanced host
access solutions (TCP/IP and Twinax) for Windows desktops, servers, and
embedded systems, including Windows NT, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista 32/64 and
Embedded CE and XPe systems.
ES/TCP from NLynx is a simple and straight-forward software solution
that provides TN5250E display and printer emulation over TCP/IP to your
IBM Midrange host. ES/TCP software supports Windows 95, 98, NT, ME,
2000, XP and Vista.
ES/PCI is a hardware/software package that provides powerful,
flexible local 5250 terminal and printer emulation for Windows 95, 98,
NT, ME, 2000 and XP. You can link a PC via Twinax or UTP to an IBM
AS/400, iSeries, AS/36 or System/3x to emulate a variety of 5250
terminal types and IBM midrange printers.
ES/Server from NLynx is a hardware/software gateway for Windows
connectivity to IBM Midrange (AS/400, AS/36, S/36) hosts. As it uses a
Twinax connection to the host, ES/Server provides Ethernet network
connectivity even for Midrange systems with no native Ethernet or IP
support.
A fast and easy way to transfer data between an IBM System/36,
Advanced Series/36, or AS/400 and your Windows PC. The PC's can be
connected either locally or remotely.
A pocket sized print server that connects directly to the parallel
port of a printer and communicates with the IBM AS/400 SNMP Driver,
providing printing status and error notification. This allows the
printer to be configured as a normal device on the host with a spool
file that has page range printing capability. The SNMPDRV Print Server
eliminates the use of the Remote Output Queue for printing to an
Ethernet attached IP printer.
