The OmniTerm/text from NLynx has been carefully designed to provide the users with the same look and feel that they are familiar with to facilitate a seamless transition to their new environment.  It is fully compatible with a wide variety of host systems such as the AS/400, ES/9000, SNA Server, RS/6000 and UNIX hosts.

Features:

- multiple terminal emulations
Built-in support for TN3270E (IBM Mainframe) and TN5250E (IBM AS/400) as well as ASCII terminal emulation (VT100/220) for the AIX, DEC and UNIX environments.

- IBM style 122 key keyboard support
Supports the 102/105 key PC keyboard or the NLynx 122 key multi-host keyboard.  An optional magnetic stripe reader can be supported with the 122 key keyboard.

- host printing on attached local printer
With support for Host Naming the OmniTerm/text can turn it's attached local printer into an AS/400 or Mainframe system printer.  Its pass-through feature allows a system application to send commands directly to the printer.

- e-mail support
Built-in POP3 client for e-mail access which can be printed on a locally attached printer.
Address book for storing favourite addresses.

Up to four simultaneous emulation sessions in heterogeneous environments plus e-mail.
